Eligibility
Haileybury Foundation scholarships can be awarded to Victorian students who are going into Year 7, 9 or 10 at any of our Victorian based campuses and;
- would not ordinarily be able to attend Haileybury based on their current financial situation.
- Are positive contributors to the community in which the student lives.
Recipients will be selected on the basis of a completed application form (available on the School’s website) where they will outline their past and current contribution and commitment to their community and a short interview with (jointly) a member of the Senior Executive and a member of the Foundation's Board. The recipient must also satisfy the "equity" requirement of the Rules of the Haileybury Scholarship Fund.
The availability of the scholarship will be advertised on the School's website and elsewhere as decided by the Principal.
The recipient must be an Australian citizen, or a permanent resident of Australia within the meaning of the Australian Citizenship Act 1948.
In the spirit of reconciliation, Haileybury acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community. We pay our respect to their elders past and present and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today.
